This is a Job Shadowing experience exchange between two German and two Spanish teachers to observe the teaching of mathematics in both countries. We will try to change our "estenmáticas" methodology, already implemented in several centers of Castilla- La Mancha. That way we can improve this methodology, and be adapted to the European space. In this context our German partner is the first out of Spain that has been willing to adopt our way of teaching mathematics. They are willing to help us increasing the flexibility of the methodology to suit their classes and accept this methodology as their own. Spanish teachers will spend a week in the German city of Mönchengladbach observing the work of German professors partners to verify the proper use of the methodology and to refine aspects that do not fit or can not be applied to the German space. Additionally, German teachers will travel to Spain to learn and hone the aspects that seem difficult to apply.
