The Project emerged from the need of sharing experiences and good practices in the training of people with disabilities, specifically, with intellectual disability and/or mental illness. Both partners work with the shame group of people on the area of training for employment, that's why the goal of the project is to know more, better and improve our procedures. From Gureak 3 people have participated in the learning visit, their professional profile is related to the design and develop labour inclusion programs for people with disabilites. The activities included in the project have been linked to the exchange of experiences, that's why we have settled them on the visit and through the different meetings, were we have share and exchange ideas in three areas: Training methods, evaluation of training processes, adaptation of contents and training processes. All of which have been based on the collective of people with intellectual disability and/or mental illness. The results and the impact is to apply what we learn on the reality of Gureak and to promote relations with other European organizations, and with the aim to collaborate on future projects. The benefits on the long term will arrive from the cooperation between partners on projects of bigger magnitude.
