The main objective of our project is to find out socio-cultural, socio-economic, physical and psychological reasons of increasing Early School Leaving problem in Turkey and Europe and to carry out activities in order to minimize these factors using various techniques, methods and approaches. One of the main duties of our and European Governments is to struggle with increasing unemployment for youth. The number of young people who have early left school is increasing and it involves many factors of serious financial problems, unemployment, poverty and the number of unqualified aimless individuals are increasing due to Early School Leaving. As a result, the quality of labor comes down. The negative feelings (the feeling of nothingness, stress, anger, fear, anxiety ,jealousy, phobia, panic attack, depression), the negative beliefs (unliciness, clumsiness, laziness, the feeling of not deserving being loved and success, the feeling of disability), emotional trauma (accident, sexual harassment, bullying, being left, being hard done by ,exclusion, mobbing), drug abuse, the relationship problems (with families, teachers and friends), not targetting, the lackness of performance cause energy blocking in the body and lead to weaken the most important inner energy. Finally, the individuals can’t involve in any programme and plan and don’t have any connection with future and decrease their countries' capacity for qualified employment. The students who feel cultural contradictions and adaptation problems in the regions of migration, may be alienated from education due to the negative atmosphere they are in. The parents of those children have parellel problems and may obstacle to children’s education because of the tendency to continue their own culture and life style. Besides this, the inadequacy of schools’ social and physical environment and the lack of the reasons to have the students attend their schools are important and serious risks for these individuals. Financial problems, child labor and situations that children think that making money is more attractive than education may lead to children to leave school life and get anxious for their future. Furthermore, early school living can bring some risks such as being inclined to crime, early parentage, and accumulation of aimless and irresponsible generations. Consequently, via that project, it is aimed to draw more attention to Early School Leaving Prroblem which occurs intensively in that education institutions, neighboring institutions, county, city, country and all European countries; to minimize the factors that cause social and economic problems and negative situations through both short and long terms. The needs and situations in that period in which the students undergo changes both psychologically and pyshically will be understood better and precautions required will be taken effectively. By the help of the studies carried out in our institutions and similar ones, the necessary guidance for high schools will be provided; youth and sports centers will be supported; the bases of university education will be started; therefore, the plans of students for future will be improved safely. In addition, all of the activities will involve the parents so that they can be more conscious and aware of their children’s needs and interests. This training will allow us to get effective responses to the needs of that region where our institute is located, which has a lot of deficiencies in family planning and let in immigrants , has social-economic and socio-cultural problems. So the students that have a lot of disadvantages in many terms will continue their education and school lives. Furthermore, participants will get together with their colleagues from European union in order to discuss cultural diffrences and backgrounds and will have the opportunity to constitute a cooperation network for future, increase education quality and efficiency by the help of innovative and modern practice. Other institutions and foundations apart from education and school teaching area around the country will be supported to practise Energy Psychology and Emotional Freedom Technique that will be trained in Spain. More innovative and modern tecniques to solve physical and psychological problems experienced in community will be introduced.
