The Aim of our Project is to exchange experiences, good practice and strengthening of cooperation between organizations from the three partner countries Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. These organizations are active in the integration of persons with disabilities into society, especially in the fields of education, training and employment.To fulfill the main goal of the project will be implemented following activities:1) to facilitate the exchange of good practices, know-how, methods and forms of work with people with disabilities among at least the 30 experts who issue of integration of persons with disabilities in every partner country daily deal in the form of thematic workshops and Web Platform2) allow experts from partner organizations insight into the concrete practice of their colleagues in the field as one-two-day visit3) to strengthen the competencies and develop the skills and knowledge of about 40 people with disabilities thanks to the implementation of several exchange practice these persons associated with teamwork on common tasks4) create new training manuals, as part of a work-training system for specific activities associated with preparing for work and housing of persons with disabilities,5) prepare documents and forms for new Mobility – Project from KA1 between two Partner Organizations6) provide dissemination and multiplication of results and outputs of Projects with realization of Conference in Czech at the End of the Project.
