The courses offered at our school include a mandatory obligatory internship of at least ten weeks in a sector chosen by the pupil. As a result, we give a helping hand to about 320 pupils a year to find an internship in Luxembourg or abroad, thereby by promoting their mobility in order to broaden their cultural and professional horizon.Beforehand, our candidates who are enrolled in the Erasmus mobility+ program have benefited from a full-time specialized educational program, lasting from one to three years. In the course of their scholarship they have accumulated academic and practical knowledge, which they will be able to use during their internship.The internship possibilities outside of Luxembourg are numerous and therefore offering this program to our students is a real advantage. They can thus benefit from knowledge acquired in much more prestigious, specialized and diversified internship places than on a national level. Thus, those pupils who have completed their internship outside of Luxembourg provide an added value to the Luxembourgish HORECA sector. Furthermore, a longer stay abroad allows for them to be open-minded for foreign cultures.
