Project includes participation 60 persons from school - Zespołu Szkół Ekonomicznych in Olsztyn, Poland. They learn in profession : - technican of hotelier - technican service of touristic In this project we organize 4 weeks educational mobility for Spain and Italy , working with intermediary organizations. Project responds to the needs of participants in raising professional competence, and growth of language, cultural and social skills. Participants in this project will be take work placements in Italian and Spanish companies in the sector of tourism and hospitality. In project will be apply project management methodology: - created will be the coordinating team - evaluation and monitoring - promotion and dissemination of results - milestones in the project The main objective in project will be creating attractive educational opportunity for talented students from our school through which will increase professional, language skills. Operational objectives: a) obtain validation of skills acquired during the internship participants through the Europass Mobility b) increase the attractiveness of schools by extending the educational offer c) acquisition by students new experience in an international working environment d) increase skills in the use of English, especially proffessional English e) broaden and deepen the theoretical knowledge gained in school The main results of the project will be; - expanded professional qualifications of the project participants - growth in language and social skills - certificates of completion practices and Europass Mobility documents - overcoming stereotypes, - new international friendships.
