The Project “ Erasmus+ Passport for the future! “initiated by “ Constantin Brancusi “Technological High school of Pestisani ,which is the Coordinator of a VET Consortium “GJ -Consortium in Europe”, is a continuation of the Erasmus project “The Road to success!”and continue preparing future graduates from technological schools in the rural area and not only ,but also in the towns of Gorj County, to labor market requirements and future employers by making internship training practice - National Curriculum Modules –in valuable training centers such as AFPDM-Montijo and CKP Wroclaw .This project also improves teacher training VET for the use of equipment and modern technologies in the fields for which they prepare these young people.Stringent continuation , a continuous perseverance needs to provide effective practical training internships, which will effectively contributes to the professional and personal development of VET trainees, who are young people that live in rural and urban areas in Gorj County , and bring value to the training and professional insertion generating employability.The project objectives are:O1. Acquisition of skills for the integration of future professional technicians from schools that are in consortium.O2. Acquisition of skills by the VET staff in order to adapt to technological changes and improve the quality of students practical training.O3. The development of other VET national consortiums and enhancing the iECVET transnational partnerships in order to increase the young Europeans employability .The target group consists of 70 VET trainees-70 students in senior high school cycle with qualification: Electro-mechanical technician ,Computer Operator Technician and Automation Technician level 4,from 9 th Class and 9 staff VET, who are teachers of technical subjects.During the 2 years will be held 70 training internships at work for a VET participants for 3 weeks between :-15 students-March 2017, in Poland, for Automation Technician and electro-mechanical Technician.-20 students-may 2017, in Portugal, for Electro-mechanical Technician, Computer operator technician-15 students-November 2017, in Portugal, for Automation Technician and electro-mechanical Technician.-20 students-may 2018, in Poland, for Electro-mechanical Technician, Computer operator technician.The students from 9th grade will study the M9, Electronic Circuits.Will be complied with the requirements and provisions of the National Curriculum.Mentoring and Guidance will be made by the traineeship tutor at AFPDM and CKP and monitoring by the Romanian accompanying teachers.RI acquired by pupils will be assessed by the persons responsible for the formation – Polish and Portuguese engineers from partners (accredited on assessing competencies and approved through the certificates issue ) by the Portuguese and Polish system under observation of the traineeship tutor and the Romanian teachers, validated and registered in Europass and then transferred in Romania via the ECVET and recognized by the school where students come from and they are also included in the qualification.Staff members will participate in training activities through labor market placement lasting 12 days between:-June 2018 in PortugalContents of training activities is specific to the field of specialization.RI acquired in Portugal will be transferred and recognized with professional credits transferable in Romania. Prior to internship participants both VET trainees and students will benefit of a pedagogical and cultural training that will influence their ability to communicate in a foreign language and the intercultural competences, too. Project results: 79 of trainees and VET staff professionally trained in an international environment, implementation ECVET procedures, LA MA, MoU training notebooks, Europass certificates , much experience in the management of the project,cooperation in VET international consortiums that will result in better projects and more sustainable mobility,an open way to success for young people with reduced opportunities in Gorj County ,but also for Romanian VET school in rural areas romoting up-skilling as part of a growth and development process , develop entrepreneurship
