Project "Equality-in the life&at work" is a youth exchange, organised under Erasmus + Programme. It is dedicated to young people in age of 18 - 25 from five European countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Italy and Hungary. The main aim of the project is to develope enterprise and initiative among young people throughout promoting attitude of tolerance, openness and anti-discrimination activities, both in everyday life and on labor market. Young people will be provide with information about needs, expectations and challenges that people with fewer opportunities must face. Thanks to this they will break downe stereotypical thinking and they will go beyond schemes. All these activities will make participants more open, flexible and atractive on labor market. Young people will take part in various workshops and meeting with experts and thanks to this they will broaden their theoretical and practical knowledge about labor market and anti-discrimination activities. They will learn about best practice - promoting innovative ideas of young enterpreneurs from European countries. All workshops and meeting will be done with nonformal education methods with active participation of young people. The outcome of the project will be increase of enterprise, self-confidence, tolerance and opennes of young people, and thanks to this, their attractiveness on the labour market. Moreover, we will create an international portal dealing with issues of the youth labour market and the problems associated with finding a job.
