The project involves an innovative initiative for social promotion and labour market, aims at promoting and/or reinforcing the institutional and social networks of female personnel in the public administration of Marche and Durazzo Region with the scope of fostering mutual knowledge and sharing positive actions to improve the gender impact in regional policies. In particular, sharing sound practices within the framework of equal opportunities aims at integrating traditional cultural models in public administration with the contribution of women to the democratisation process of European policies.
