This project develops the quality of nurses' professional continuing education to ensure high quality, ethically appropriate and therapeutically effective interventions in psychiatric hospitals in the European area. The specific objectives of the project are as follows: 1) To assess the needs for education for nurses working in psychiatric hospitals with this regard and the continuing education models in Finland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, England UK; 2) To develop a portal for the professional continuing education of nurses; 3) To assess the usability of the portal; 4) To create new national and international co-operation and action networks between various actors.
