The overall objective of the project entitled "Entrepreneurial Pedagogy=Entrepreneurial Kids" is to develop transversal skills of children through implementation and dissemination of a training course for teachers and school management and the transfer of good practice on the project "Children's Days of Entrepreneurship" that was successfully implemented in Croatia. The reason for this project can be seen in the need for raising entrepreneurial skills as one of transversal skills among teachers, school management and students of Primary and Secondary schools. Through acquiring of entrepreneurial skills students will be able to be more creative, have more success in their continuing schooling and be more competitive on the labour market in the future. Results of this project will be conducted workshops through which teachers and school management will acquire skills which will make their schools and subjects more entrepreneurial. Students will participate in an event called "School's Days of Entrepreneurship" where they will, through series of workshops learn about entrepreneurship. An educative booklet will be developed after the conducted trainings and event that will be based on the analysis of entrepreneurial skills among teachers, students and school management. This booklet can be used as a teaching aid for teachers, but students will also be able to solve exercises from it that will help them further develop their entrepreneurial state of mind. The impact will be great as 3 Primary schools from Serbia with approximately 1 000 students and approximately 65 teachers and staff, Secondary school from Germany with approximately 500 students and teachers and staff will participate in this project. Partners from Croatia, Elementary School Precko and Theatre Planet Art will participate as examples of good practice since they were included in the project "Children's Days of Entrepreneurship" on which this project was loosely based.
