Project "Enterpreneurship as a way to struggle with youth unemployment " is training in Key 1 for the creation and implementation of projects in the Erasmus program + abour fighting against unemployment. The training will be attended by 30 participants from 10 countries. It will be held in Warsaw on : February 2 - February 8th 2015 .. The project aims to equip participants with knowledge of youth unemployment in the European Union and the ability to create and implement youth projects fighting this problem. Participants will receive a comprehensive knowledge of unemployment in the EU: what causes that, consequences and European Commission's plans to counteract this problem . In addition, they will learn how to create your own enterprise and business to affects the unemployment rate in the EU . The arranged meeting with Polish entrepreneurs will show participants what problems they are facing . Also they will learn what skills and experience they expect from their employees . During the project, they will visit Warsaw in an unconventional way : visit places associated with the promotion of entrepreneurship. During the meeting, emphasis will be placed on creating partnerships , participants will be encouraged to present their organizations and projects that have been so far realized. We hope that these presentations will affect the establishment of new partnerships and creating new projects in Erasmus + . Participants will be equipped with knowledge on Erasmus + : how to write application form , the formal aspects of the application , make international partnerships , objectives and priorities of the Erasmus + . They will learn also what is the methodology of the project and within the PCM metodology. They will gain knowledge of how to manage the project . Moreover, during the evenings we will held intercultural night. During that activity they will learn about the countries other participants come from. However the main objective of the project is to equip the participants with knowledge and skills for creating projects. They will have the task in groups to create projects related to unemployment and promote entrepreneurship among young people. They'll also gain knowledge about Youthpass as a tool of effective assessment of learning outcomes and non-formal education . The result of the project will be : - Knowledge about the Erasmus program + - Establishment of international partnerships between organizations - Training young youth worker competence for writing and implementation of projects - Increasing knowledge about prevention of unemployment in Europe - The acquisition of skills and knowledge relating to the establishment of partnerships abroad - Knowledge of methods of non-formal education - Learning tools fundraising - Knowledge of alternative methods of finding financing projects. - Creation of an Internet portal devoted to the issue of unemployment and entrepreneurship.
