ENTERPRENEURLAB: Inform - encourage - entrepreneurship is a European project for a period of three months and that addresses ofa comprehensive contribution of youth informer to entrepreneurship in rural areas. The project will involve 10entities from Spain, Slovakia, Turkey, Romania, Greece, Portugal, Hungary and Italy developed an activity whose centerpiece will be the conclusion of a study visit that brings together more than 30 informants youth, technical youth and employment, responsible for programmes of political youth or employment institutions or representatives.In a context where low birth rates, together with improvements in quality have gradually aged populations of rural Europe. Not only there has been an extraordinary exodus to urban areas, driven by production centres and the possibilities of personal development, but that youth who has resisted lies with scarce opportunities. Despite enormous economic potential, the rural world still seeks formulas to improve the exploitation of raw materials, modernize agricultural holdings or seeking to encourage cooperatives that guarantees competitiveness. At youth level, many policies have been derived to the promotion of the quality of life, the exaltation of the advantages and the promotion of entrepreneurship among the population. Lured by the low cost of housing, the increase of services and the limitless possibilities of leisure, many Councils have endeavoured to attract businesses to their localities offering advantages to employers and entrepreneurs. Bombarded by campaigns in which joins the enterprising young as a benchmark of success, youth informants and entities providing services to the youth see you often in difficulties to provide the best resources when it comes to advising young people in this aspect. Information is very broad and dense, and is not intended for the prototype of a young man from the rural with media studies or university studies.Through this project, the partners that make up the partnership seek to support rural youth, offeringquality information that motivates the young and throw it to undertake and so fight against youth unemployment through entrepreneurship.The programme of activities has been divided into four distinct blocks on which the prepared study visits will be implemented. On the one hand we will study the reality of the centers of youth information in Europe and the adaptation of the materials to the needs of youth. She has also been prepared the meeting with leaders of good practices for the direct knowledge of experiences and realities in Galicia. Another block focuses on the rapprochement between the universities and colleges related to the centers of youth information, information points and antennas information related to the dissemination of the chances of employability among the youth and the rural. Another block will try to respond to the main concern of the young entrepreneur of the rural, funding and now finally know positive and negative stories of young entrepreneurs, resulting on the existing learning behind each experience. On these four blocks it will try to achieve the objectives proposed promoting intercultural dialogue, the European dimension and ensuring active follow-up of entrepreneurship in the territorial areas of the participating organizations.The expected impact is related to the implementation of mini laboratories of ideas in the areas of influence of the participating entities that keep feeding the project with the passage of time. Working groups will exchange ideas at European level by promoting the spirit of co-operation and transfer of initiatives promoted by the program shall consist. In addition to the values of democracy, tolerance, solidarity and union, participants will have the opportunity to put into practice the interculturality in the real plane.
