Adults are often worried about future of youngsters. IT, media, digital games etc; Good entertainment is highly esteemed by all ages and its development is strong and fast, absorbing us into it by all means. While the development of educational techniques and methods are not walking along with the same speed. The general aim of the project "ENTERcation" is to bring entertainment and formal education closer together. To find good entertainment elements that can be used in formal and non formal education and share them among youth workers and teachers. Participants of the project are teachers and youth workers from 6 different countries. The participants background is followed by three levels: - participants with long experience in work with youth; - participants that need new energy and motivation to their work with youth; - unemployed youth who consider to involve their future career in the youth field. The training course is built up with workshops that are run mainly by participants but also by professional enterteiners. Through this project the participants can share the best practices in youth work at their home country and learn from each other. Participants will learn new practical skills and non formal learning techniques that can be used also in formal institutions. With this training course we aim to find the best entertainment elements that can be used in formal and non formal education. To motivate participants to use these elements in their work with youth in order to make formal and non formal learning more attractive. As well as to motivate participants to share the best practices with other youth workers in their home country in order to give a wider impact for the training in international level.
