This project includes two main points . The main objective of the project is primarily the application and extension professional expertise and the upgrading of existing linguistic and intercultural competences. It is aimed at 9 graduates of vocational school in Angermünde of the professional assistance in the direction of sports and graphics /design. All finish the school in the summer of this year and want to try out in other European countries . Based on many years of experience can be while holding the following considerations among the participants : 1 A stay abroad , coupled with the acquisition of work experience and language skills, has a positive effect on the employment history and is credited with a very often followed by studies on the period of study. This can be a result in a shorter time of study . 2 The learned in training language skills are "alive" . They are complemented by modern language elements (eg modern English ) . 3 The stay abroad helps to develop individual key skills. Keywords are international teamwork, national mentalities , etc. This project give important inputs to develop personal skills . It pick up a need that is expressed already in the new strategy Europe 2020. The youth mobility is increased, the labor market opportunities after a stay abroad can be increased or strengthened , acquisition of skills is encouraged and required. Last but not least , the project is also the need, to improve cooperation between education providers or intensify . From this, the following secondary objectives / expected results derived: 1 Optimal bringing the participants to work through practice acquisition abroad 2 Further strengthening of mutual trust between the partners 3 Placement of at least 95 % of project participants in work or further education leading . The Angermünder Bildungswerk e.V. also expects the participants a positive occurrence of the partners as well as a positive response to the results achieved in the practical technical work. For this is the ABW e.V. in constant contact with the foreign partners , and has the opportunity to regulate it, in coordination with the partner. The partners are the Archbishop's seminar in Malta-Rabat , and the establishment LAF ( GB) . The implementation of the project in three phases . After the introduction to the problem and a preparation that is essentially determined by a regional studies introduction and administrative action , followed by the project implementation , that is individual in all cases by the participants, in close coordination with the sponsor of the measure and the international partners. This approach leads to a high identification with the project concern. After the return of the follow-up of participants takes place . Main focus of this is done for one of the participants , for example through the creation of the participants reports but also with the international partners in the course of subsequent discussions , if possible directly . The stay of professionals of vocational training, is the second part of the project and should develop the young relations of ABW e.V. with the British partner LAF on the one hand and the other hand to look at new areas of cooperation towards and to develop new collaborations on this partner. With a 4 days duration of the project , this project is very gradually reduced over time , and need a good preparation . The substantive ideas have already been matched with the partner. A detailed fine-tuning is performed after the confirmation of the project.
