The venue of the training course will be in Serbia, in Vojvodina which is a really multicultural part of our country. The training courself itself will be in Subotica where lots of different nationalities living together, so the town itself will be a good place to discover the themes of the TC!We will make a training course, this is the type of project, which means that it will be interactive, based on the knowledge and experiences of the participants, includes some theories and lots practices as trainings usual.The themes of the project are cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue, cross cultural communities, minorities.The objectives of the TC:-To enable youth workers and young people for recognising prejudgements, prejudices amongnationalities inside and outside different countries;-To .id.entijy_and define different and similar aspects of different cultures and stereotypes related with them;-To identify and define the roots and origins of prejudices;-To develop critical way of thinking;-To accept and tolerant cultural diversity;-To make youth workers capable for motivating young people being active participants in a process of acceptance and respectful cultural diversity;-To prepare, run and evaluate local, regional and international youth projects by young people for accept and tolerance cultural diversity inside and outside different countries;-To build cooperation among youth workers.The duration in days is 8 full working days. We will have 24 participant from Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Romania, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia.The course will be based on the principles and practise of non formal education taking account participants needs, motivations and previous experiences as starting point of the programme.Active methods for group dynamicsWork in mixed groupsLearner - centred and based on the experiences of participantsBased on a personal responsibility for learning, supported by a strong group dimension and acollective approach;Enabling participants to apply and transfer what they learnt to their youth work practiseTaking into account the needs and motivations of participants and be open to regulärfeedback and evaluationlearning in/from communitymutual learningmeta-level - adaptation of topics, facts - global reality (awareness)using diversity of peer groups for the learningopen, space environment - learning at ease
