With this project called "Vocatioanl Education of Disabled People and European Implementations", in order to prepare a substructure for individuals with special needs we aim our staffs to monitor European implementations on site, examine, take a part in experience share conference, implement these acquisitions gaining from EU in his/her own institutions and transfer best practices to our VET system.Participants of our project are as follows: Ali Gültekin ÖEUM - 19 staffsAv. The team coordinator will be from our organization. Each delegate will be given a mission and members will clarify roles and responsibilities. Preparation, financing and dissemination management units will be created. With the approval of the project, project management unit will be responsible for the whole operation of the project, and they will execute usage of the donation budget. This unit will be responsible for all details from preliminary preparations to final report and will provide the basis for quality ending of the project.Predicted results:- Knowledge, skills and experience specific for Vocational education for disabled people will be gained,- Professional knowledge and skills will be developed at EU level with help of training and education in the partner countries,- In EU Countries innovative, effective and accurate methods and approaches in the Vocational education for disabled people will be learned,
