"Vocational Education for Disabled Students” is a Project which consist of 21 disabled students. Students who have been identified from the Project owner Havza Muzaffer Tahmaz Special Education Application Center I. and II. Level and Muzaffer Tahmaz Special Training Business Applications Center, sending participant partners Samsun Special EducationVocational High Schooland Bafra Osmanbeyli Şehit Mustafa Pilan Special Education Business Applications Center.Our Project was carriedoutby 21 disabled people students who was selected 7 by 7 from three different participant institutions.All of our students were in the 14-23 age range and have hearing and mental disability.These students were escorted to our total of 6specialist teachers from all three schools. At the end of the placement activities of our Project participants with mentally disabled and hearing imparied, have developed knowledge and skills in the field of waitresses by usings pecial teaching methods with 16 days period in our receiver partner in Berlin / Germany Stephanus – Werkstaetten gemeinnützige GmbH Institution’s disabled training workshops. At the end of this training , our participants as providing Professional development in terms of quality and quantity, have beenmadetoensure effective participation in social life and can be employed in the labor market. Our participants are also in volved in the lifelong learning process with the development of professional,personal and social , aswell as gained waitresses skills which they have acquired in the mobility process.On the other hand, thanks to the seskills , disabled students took place in the labor market and gained economic in dependence. As part of our Project preparatory activities, our participants who attended the hearing impaired ,learning sign language at the receiver country , developed their easy communication with people from different cultures and live together skills.All our participants who participated the placement activites , took a certificate which was showing the content of activities.The secertificates will facilitate our participants to start career. Our participants participated 16 days placement activities in Stephanus-Werkstaetten Gemeinnützige GmbH Institution which is located in Berlin, Germany between 04.04.2016 /19.04.2016.This training has been completed towards the project plan. As a result, all of the Project goals and objectives of our text application, planned preparation, adhering to the placement and training plan has been reached.
