In order to strengthen synergies between the Regions of the Atlantic Area and develop new opportunities of economic growth, a sustainable transnational network of cooperation between public research structures and small and medium industries of the Atlantic Area in the material-energy field will be implemented, which will be called "ENERMAT". The network will be led by 3 specific objectives: - Promote transnational cross-disciplinary and quality researches dealing with the materials/ energy issue. - Define a joint policy of development and operation, based on a common exchange of technology and business platforms, with, as medium and long-term objective, the implementation of long-lasting cooperation network. - Develop public-private partnerships facilitating technology transfer to companies, start-up and spin-off. Achievements: In the EMMI database, you will find all technological competences of the ENERMAT laboratories:It includes several tools for identifying competences and equipment, all accessible under the menu ‘Know-How & Tools’:• The database Research Equipment & Tools (RET) includes 150 instruments for characterization and synthesis of materials, 10 software packages for computer modeling, as well as specialized knowledge relating to the equipment and techniques available at the laboratories.• Search Material Science (SMS) is a webpage which allows identification of characterization techniques by selecting a materials property: 85 material properties and 50 techniques are included.Your lab belongs to the network and you wish to be trained on specific equipments?
