Training and guidance on efficient energy supply : The project has developed a package of web based training and guidance material, designed to help managers and engineers in SMEs and local authorities to improve their organisation's energy efficiency and compliance with EU Legislation on energy-related environmental issues. Providing technical advice, analysis tools and training via the internet the efficient use of energy has been widely promoted in EU and EU-accession countries. This project started in 2001 and lasted 36 months.
