The project "Energy for young entrepreneurs" involves 6 partners and 55 participants from Europe (Portugal, Hungria, Polónia, Itália, Roménia e Alemanha) in order to change the perspective of the youngsters in terms of volunteering and active participation and develop the quality of support of the youth organizations and youth workers in terms of coaching youngsters in the implementation of their ideas and projects.Coordinated by YUPI organization, these partners felt the need to disseminate, motivate and involve youngsters in active participation in the community and in the civic society through volunteering and aim to develop new methodologies and strategies to better respond to the needs of youth. Composed by a international training course, presential and in an online format, a coaching phase of youth initatives and social entrepreneurship projects, and a youth exchange, the main objectives of this project are to develop knowledge,skills and attitudes of youth workers, youth leaders and volunteers coordinators to better coach youngsters, to promote the active participation, volunteering and social entrepreneurship among youngsters and to disseminate the methodology used in this project to promote the quality of volunteering projects management and contribute for the recognition of non-formal education.This project will happen between February 2016 and May 2017 and the international training course and youth exchange will take place in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal.
