The plan has to do with understanding and enjoying of art in the Classroom and Beyond. The general purpose of the project is the training of education on new practices and applications of various forms of art in the classroom. The objectives of the project is to enable the teachers how to combine art theory and practice in a productive way, to actively maintain students' attention and motivation throughout the creative class and process including artproduction, art communication, preparing and visiting an art exhibition. They will also be inveted to improve their own creative attitude though a simple series of group and individual exercises that stimulate lateral thinking.One kindergarten teacher is taking part in the programme. She finished two masters, one in the Department of Early Childhood at Volos, Educational material & Educational game in early childhood and the second in the Department of Primary Education, Organization and Administration of Education. She has Proficiency and she is a trainer in ICT at kindergarten teachers. She is the vice president of Educational Association of Magnesia and elected member also. She worked for five years as an administrator at the head office of the Pre-school Education in Volos. She undertakes every year programmes environmental, cultural and of health education and also Etwinning programmes and she loves to deal with the various forms of art and to engage younger students in these actions because she believes that children understand a lot more when operating experiential through art and in various forms.The program lasts six days with Foundation in Art Psychology, Brain, Art and Society, Teachers' lateral thinking, Hands on work-Understanding and Enjoying art in the classroom and actively maintain students' attention and motivation with role play and simulation.Teachers will be involved in an active learning process, also focusing on personal experience and self- expression, combining cognitive and emotional elements to make the learning process easier and ensure long-lasting retention of the new knowledge.Be understood by teachers how in Europe with more developed educational systems, manage similar educational programmes and what role it plays in solving their school leadership.Teachers will gain experience of experts in the field of Art in the education systems of other European countries in order to implement a more flexible and modified Curriculum.They will develop skills for planning actions to improve the quality of educational work in the school and into society practice a more "Social School" open to all.Teachers will upgrade the teaching and pedagogical practices, to promote innovation in the educational process by adopting and implementing good practices which successfully implemented using with appropriate tools.Teachers will spread in society the experience that gained in project.
