The project Erasmus + is a type of KA1 action 'The mobility of learners and staff in vocational education ' in 2016. The Complex School of Energy in Gdansk participate in this competition. Our project is entitled " Energy for the European labour market " . We established the cooperation with a partner BERLINK ETN. The partner will be responsible for : organizing practice and training places for young people in the renewable energy sector and energy,organizing food and accommodation , preparation of certificates to participants of the Europass and ECVET . Berlink ETN organization will collaborate with us in monitoring , arranging extra cultural attractions in Germany. The main objective of the project is to improve students' practical activities in the field of vocational subjects of energy, social skills and practice foreign languages. The competition concerns the technicians' profiles of energy, electrician and technician of devices and renewable energy systems .The knowledge gained by students in training and practices as well as the exchange of experience of school staff will contribute to create original programme of vocational subjects in the field of energy . It will take into account the current needs of the local market.The project will directly share of 80 people (72 students and 8 teachers) . The project will cover a number of preparatory activities : documentation , the preparation of recruitment's rules for participants , recruitment, allocation of tasks , language courses, travel arrangements , getting familiar with cultural environment , traditions of local customs and main tourist attractions in Germany.The working place will be organised in Berlin for 4 groups of 20 people in terms : autumn 2016, spring - autumn 2017, spring 2018. Before leaving, each group will be obliged to buy tickets, get familiar with the programme and activities associated with the trip.The tools used in the project will measure the effectiveness of training based on the 'Kirkpatrick model' . This will allow us to evaluate the efficiency level of response , acquired knowledge , behavior and obtained results. Discussions and interviews with students will be a durable tool so as to check their satisfaction and experience in project activities , exchange insights and consulting project coordinators. Also, the BB " Big Bang " platform will be our systematic research tool . Surveys, conducted among participants after the training, will help us to choose specific strengths and weaknesses of practical training.Our expected results include: getting familiar with the operation of a nuclear power plant , expanding knowledge in the fields of energy , electricity and renewable energy , developing personal and social skills , improve their language skills , obtaining certificates of ECVET and Europass mobility. Participating in the Erasmus+ programme will raise our school's prestige and help us to become the leader in education of vocational subjects of electricity , energy and renewable energy sector in Pomerania . This will increase the interest of potential employers in our school and, thus, they will employ our students. The development of students' mobility will find themselves in the European labour market.
