1. Preparation phase will consist of study visits at the European Union universities (EUU) and training workshops in the partner country with regard to the competence based teaching and development of curriculum based on the needs of labor market. As a result HE institutions will have the opportunity to get to know with the experiences and methodologies of the EUU in this aspect. Additionally, during this phase a questionnaire for alumni and employers will be finalized to be used in the WP 2.2. As a result of the activities to be implemented within this WP, a set of descriptors indicating the learning outcomes relevant to qualifications at the levels 6th and 7th, that a learner of the business field can gain during the studies, according to the National Qualification Framework (NQF) and European Qualification Framework (EQF) (based on the NQF and EQF matrix i.e. knowledge, skills and competence) will be designed.3. This WP aim ensures further promotion of research guided teaching and leads to development of key indicators to monitor and benchmark R&D activities. Strengthening/Establishment of Student Support Services on the aspects of career guidance; creation of relations with the employers; tracking alumni etc. Additionally, cooperation among higher education institutions and economy will be strengthened.5.
