"Encourage the European mobilities to facilitate the vocational integration of young people of rural high school" This project concerns studients of Catering, Management and administration High school diploma. He aims at favoring and at encouraging the mobilities, during the studies of the students thanks to a culture and vocatioanl training period, for 6 to 8 weeks according the diploma in Spain and Irland. The main aims are : - Allow the young people of disadvantaged zones to have a training period abroad - Facilitate the opening towards the others and towards the unknown - Improve the language level connected to a job and meet the expectations of to catering industries... - Re motivate the young people - Fight against the early school leaving - Value their professional profile to facilitate their occupational integration - Learn to learn differently - Grow rich at the cultural, professional and human level Our welcoming partners have the experience and skills for the situation scenario, the follow-up and the evaluation of these training courses
