Enabling Labour Market Entry and Mobility By Engaging Learners through innovation (ENABLE)
The enable project grew in strength when learners in disadvantaged groups engaged with the partners to drive the product development.The ICT programmes developed by the project focused on the learners interests and delivered a product that the learners told them they wanted. The research exercise conducted at the beginning of the project identified the needs of learners and cultural differences of each group to enable the partners to develop a desktop publishing software tool called Page Designer.
