Our vision is to be a school happy with its staff, integrated with the society, compatible with the values of European Union, eager to find opportunities for its staff and pupils to support their development. Our institution supports all the educational activities in order to achieve our aims. Our institution which tries to attend all national and international activities has to follow all new approaches. The only way to be involved in these educational activities is the projects organised by Ministry of National Education and National Agency. In that context, our institution has an aim to provide much more opportunities for its staff through KA1 projects in scope of ERASMUS + Project. It is very important for the teachers who are responsible for building the next generation should follow the changing and developing world’s pace. Teachers have to educate pupils so that they can be aware of European Union, and they can get the ability of the language in the standard of World and EU citizenship. In this way, we will be able to achieve the goal of social inclusion. According to SWOT and the questionairre of the staff’s educational needs analysis, its observed that our staff is willing to increase their self development in many fields. However, in terms of institutional and personal needs, there are four main themes. These needs are “preventing early school leaving, internationalisation of curriculum, new approaches in education and increasing the occupational skills of staff. Target courses have been found and announced to the staff through e-mail, social nets etc. in order to meet the needs. Among the ones who provide the stated criteria have been chosen and included in the project. It is obvious that our instutition has a very serious problem of early school leaving when the data from the Provincial Directorate of National Education in Ankara and the results of the SWOT analysis have been considered. Totally, there are 176 pupils who left the school before graduation. The problem which is one of the main purposes of European Union (ET,2020) has to be urgently solved and the necessary precautions have to be taken. Five of our staff will attend the courses including the struggle of early school leaving. Other staff will get the opportunity of following the new approaches and the opportunity of dissemination by attending ICT courses. Our staff will have the chance to observe the schools with the standard of EU through structured school visit and will study on elimination of deficiencies when they return. With the help of methodology courses, our staff will follow new approaches and improve their occupational and language proficiencies. Our staff who attend the courses is responsible for the dissemination of their experiences for both their institution and other people. It is obvious that the introduction of experiences, observations, ideas, behaviours, methods of approaches that meet the needs and the study of dissemination will contribute to the development of our vision.
