The main aim of the project is to capitalize and to expend the experience of a Romanian youth volunteer building on a formal and non-formal learning process resulting from the preparation, implementation and evaluation of street theater plays that have the topic promotion and awareness of the universality of human rights in the local community of Lefkas, Greece. In the same time the project aims to help eliminate lack of knowledge in the domain of fundamental human rights and to use those rights as instruments to eradicate social exclusion of any kind and fight against any form of discrimination.The project is developed on a period of 9 month and it has planed the following activities: staging of street theater plays in public places and local community schools to promote awareness of the universality values of human rights, to make records during the preparations and the acting of the plays, to make records on participants (actors and spectators) reflections, to realize a project website, promoting the plays and reflections through a series of radio and TV shows. The project promoters are Association for Consultancy and Training ACT from Romania and Solidarity Tracks from Greece. The Romanian volunteer is unemployed and she will implement the project together with 10 local young people unemployed as well.
