Emotionally -competent
Start date: Sep 1, 2015, End date: Jan 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Emotional Education is a key part for the integral development of the people. This subject has been worked quite a lot in formal education latelly, but not in non formal education. In our organization we go for emotional education, as it is proved its profits for the people, mainly for children and young people. That's why during the seminar, in between all the partners, we wanted to show the importance of the emotional competence in the non formal education. And so, we have carried through a participative way the programme of our project. Each organization prepared one of the five basic emotional competences in a workshop where we could get a better emotional intelligence. These workshops were worked by the different educative methodologies each country works with in our country. After doing these workshops we saw the importance to have the emotional competence in the recognition of the non formal learning on Youth Pass, as it is as important as others. And from this, we started a work on a future project which will be developed in a strategic partnerships, so we keep training our organizations in this field, sharing different metodologies with the rest of organizations and show objectively through a reasearch process the importance of having all the youth organizations including it in their reflections of recognition of competences on their young people.
