The proposal concentrates on achieving the goals and objectives of the program. By offering mobility opportunities to Israeli HE students and staff we will help them in gaining expertise in a specific field of their interest responding to their needs at home, strengthening their employability, involving them in an inter-cultural environment providing new expertise and skills in different Ievels and concepts which they can share with others back home. Joint cooperation of institutions will help enriching the educational environment of both regions, allowing mutual exchange of good practices, introducing the Israeli partners to the European Higher Education Area which will help in developing the higher education teaching and learning capacities of Israel and therefore increasing the visibility of the European higher educational system and the Bologna awareness. The main activity of this program is the mobility of students and staff from Israel to Europe and vice versa. Our partnership offers a wide choice of the thematic fields of studies and opens up chances for undergraduates, masters, doctorates, post-doctorates and academic staff to get further skills and qualifications into their specific academic field. The partnership provides mobility possibilities for potential candidates from the three target groups and offers mobility flows to candidates of vulnerable situations.
