They are supposed to discuss their motivations with youth workers and young people but also their difficulties and the ways of dealing with them in reference to the EVS. The staff and young people will discover the countries of origin and the cultures of the volunteers during collective information meetings on districts. The preparation of young people before departure is also getting improved by presence and participation of the volunteers in different necessary collective and individual meetings. Volunteers will bring their vision and experience during the EVS. This contribution has a tendency to reassure young candidates for departure on frame and existent relations between a volunteer, his sending as well as hosting organisations and the National Agencies. Volunteers will also share their commitment by their participation in the project and make all the questions on notions of voluntary service and intercultural training clear for all young people .The project aims at reaching the young people the most unaware of advantages of international mobility, especially those living in the marginalised districts such as that of Faubourg de Béthune in Lille which will be the place to host the week of Europe in July.As our long term objective, we plan to raise importance to Missions Locale and youth organisations about the advantages of the mobility of young people with less opportunities and to help in development of the EVS projects.
