The aim of the ELISCOPE project is to create an on-line European workshop to identify the skills needed by managers and heads of SMEs (in particular those in the cooperatives sector) and make available open and distance training/information channels.The main results of the project will be an interactive on-line system providing information and innovatory ideas for SMEs (a virtual community); an on-line system giving access to flexible and personalised types of training; reports and methodological guides on the skills of managers and heads of SMEs.The project's results will be disseminated through an Internet site and forums, seminars and an information letter.
