Initiator of the project "E-learning-a new approach for teaching and learning" is Vocational School of Light Industry and Construction - Svishtov. The current draft provides sending 12 teachers of general and vocational training from the school on qualification training in Valencia, Spain in September 2017.The proposal focuses on the objectives of the program "Erasmus +": Support professional development of the people who work in the field of education, training and youth in order to stimulate innovations and to improve the quality of teaching and learning, and also to increase the foreign language competence of the participants.In order to meet the rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT) school seeks different ways to improve the qualification of the teachers for using and integrating ICT into the learning process. Teachers need to acquire knowledge and skills to create e-learning content, as well as to see, learn and apply in their future work achievements and experience of developed European economies, which use innovations in education and teaching.The realization of this project aims to:-Supporting the professional development of teachers and encouraging the usage of innovations and ICT for improvement the quality of teaching and learning;-Improving the qualification of the teachers and implementation of European experience in the field of education;-Encouraging language learning, acquiring communication skills in a new foreign language - Spanish and improving communication skills in English;-Expanding knowledge of the participants about different cultures and countries and creating a network of international contacts;-Increasing the motivation of individual users for participation in future mobilities and continuous professional development and self-improvement;-Increasing the prestige and self-confidence of the teacher.The project partners will allocate obligations to achieve quality in the conduct of mobility. The sending organization will select the participants. It will provide preliminary training. During the mobility users will join a training course "ICT for teaching and learning", organized by the partner. The project provides visiting school in Valencia using ICT tools in teaching.Mobility will be monitored by two partner organizations. Vocational School of Light Industry and Construction will cooperate with ESMOVIA to issue Europass certificates to participants for recognition of knowledge and skills acquired during the mobility in Spain.Expected results:-Achieved additional qualification of teachers for implementation of ICT in the learning process;-Improved quality of teaching and learning through the implementation of ICT and European experience in the learning process;-Acquired primary language skills for communication in a new foreign language – Spanish;-Improved communication skills in English;-Acquired social skills for adaptation into multicultural environment;-Acquired knowledge of the culture, traditions, educational system in Spain;-Increased motivation for participation in future (formal/informal) education or training after the end of the mobility abroad;-Increased prestige and self-confidence of teachers.Participation in the mobility in Spain will result in the acquisition of the additional qualification of teachers for implementation of ICT in the learning process. This will contribute to the improvement of the quality of teaching and will motivate students and teachers for active involvement into the learning process.Learning of Spanish and it’s practicing in a real language environment will expand the opportunities of teachers to create international contacts, to communicate with teachers from different countries and nationalities and will improve their social skills for adaptation into multicultural environment.Training, provided in English, will give greater opportunities for searching and using software to create e-lessons.The acquisition of Europass and other certificates, the application of European experience in the classroom will rise the prestige and social status of the teacher among students, parents, teachers and in society.The users will gain experience that will increase their self-confidence as teachers, able to meet the requirements of the new time and the needs of a new generation of learners.The implementation of international mobility will contribute to the formation of permanent desire for professional development and self-improvement, it will increase the activity of teachers for successful realization in the professional field, will increase their motivation for participation in future (formal/informal) education or training, will create attitudes for learning and enhancing the professional skills and competences through lifelong learning.Promotion of the acquired knowledge, skills and competences during the mobility will contribute for increasing the quality of vocational education in long term.
