Our project aims to strengthen personel development and to improve professional competence of the students who is 11th and 12th grade level and study Electrical and Electronics Technology in Develi MEM, Develi Aşık Seyrani MTAL and Halil İlik MTAL, by taking 2 weeks work-based training in schools Praktiska Sodertalje (Sweden) and Colegiul Tehnic Edmond Nicolau Focsani (Romania) and collaborating organisations of the schools. Thanks to the project management team was established following the adoption of our project, our project has been carried out.The duty of the project management team is; to ensure obtaining the permissions for the tasks of project activities, to organize the activities abroad by providing the necessary communication with the host institution. In addition of these, organizing of Praparing Activities and organizing dissemination and evaluation activities were carried out under the responsibility of the project management team. 36 participants were trained under the project in two countries for two weeks. Our participants has gained the following experience; •acquire knowledge of the equipment used in the sector with the latest technology such as fire detection and alarm systems, closed circuit camera control systems, burglar alarm systems and access control systems, •gain experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of the equipment used in Electronic Security Systems, •gain work experience, •be acquainted with the practices in the sector, •recognize different culture and introduce their own culture, •raise awareness by improving the consciousness of EU and active citizenship.
