Background: Continue the cooperation between PVS and WMS within automation and electro vg2 (advanced course) Aim: increase the motivation for the electrical trades so that a higher number of students complete their education. Make vocational studies more attractive. Participants: 6 vg2 students + 1 teacher from the electro department each year - a total of 14 people in a two-year period. Activities: During the stay in Germany, the students will be both at school and in enterprises. An important technical competence aim is related to the use of PLC. Cultural activities are also important in the project. Linguistic advantages: the working language is English. At the end of their stay, our students are going to make a presentation in English for the German students/teachers. Effects: - make it easier for the students to see and understand the connection between practice and theory - make the students more comfortable with using English as a working language Long-term effects: - increased interest in mobility in Europe - increase the students' independence and self-confidence.
