The general objectives to be achieved with the completion of this project focus on improving the skills and competencies of students in intermediate training cycle to which they are assigned the project, as well as to promote and strengthen the supply educational quality vocational training, mobility of students and competitiveness in the labor market both nationally and internationally. These objectives can be summarized as: - Complete preparation of beneficiaries with professional practices, and promote the exchange of techniques and processes in different countries. - Encourage the growth of their language skills. - To promote professional mobility. - Promote awareness of other cultures and approaches. - Improving the quality of education provision Center, giving an international dimension. To achieve these objectives, the Center for Secondary School SAN JOSE, which implements the proposal, has the necessary human and material resources, such as: - Workshops professionals with sufficient means. - Qualified technicians for the integral formation of the student. - Teacher of languages. From the Learning Center San Jose, we expect the project to be very positive, not only for the educational center in their current or future students, but to the international city of Cuenca as a whole, bringing human values through these European projects possible. The mobilities will take place in The Italian locality of Milan or surroundings, excellent industrial park, not only of Italy but of the whole Europe, will realize the practical formation in companies of the sectors of the Hotel and catering business, Maintenance and Electrically, will receive a course of languages of 20 h. and will have a stay in shared apartments. The stay will take place in the months of April, May and June 2015.
