Youth participants from European associations have participated in a workcamp or youth activity, will meet in the Canaries for 12 days to share their knowledge on any subject related to their skills as a leader, share experiences and learn other ways and approaches to no formal education in order to acquiere skills to be able to be campleaders in their country in the Summer seasion. We want young people to live a unique experience on the island along with others of similar profile and other European countries, where a space for encounter is generated and become an expert seminar , where they learn from each other and contribute to the group , make a critical and constructive criticism and improve personal skills and how the team leader . Therefore, the work will be done through the presentation of topics of leadership by young people , reflection and group work and practice social skills.
