The two volunteers from Germany will take part for 8 and 10 months in a social project in Spain and thereby:- They will experience the life in a rural zone in the province of Cordoba and the importance of the respect to the environment and the defense of the ecosystem. The volunteers will collaborate in our therapeutic community where we have a production of horticulture, greenhouse and olive grove products (ecological recognized production) and where we meet all our energetic needs by means of renewable energies.- They will help in the different aspects of the problematics of the drug dependency , helping people in their rehabilitation program.- At prevention level, they will take part in sports activities as an healthy option of using spare time, - They will use their knowledge of English, informatics and sports for the differente activities with youth and residents at the rehabilitacion Centre.- They will learn to be part of a multicultural team.- They will also be involved in food and second-hand clothes distribution to needed families in Pozoblanco.During all the project, they will receive support from a mentor and following up from their sending organizations and from the host organization. Activities will be evaluated by regular meetings. The impact is waited to be positive for all parts involved in the project, especially for the volunteers who will gain new knowledge and who will develop their aptitutes on a practical way.
