Beneficiaries of the project are 15 trainers of the Favatech centre, that come from 5 sectors of vehicle engineering, 3 from the sector of IKTEO(Private Centers of Technical Inspection of Vehicles), 3 from the sector of alternative fuel LPG/CNG, 3 from the sector of Electrical Systems can bus in vehicles, 3 from the sector of vehicle recycling and 3 from the sector of electric vehicles. The level of training, as well as the Life Long Learning level are satisfactory. These individuals, however, are in need of modern knowledge in the above mentioned fields, both in theoretical and practical level. This factor, along with the huge developments in the car sector, in regards to technology and the lack of national training centers, is holding back any potential innovative actions, affecting badly both the trainers themselves and the car engineers.Germany was chosen as the hosting country, due to the fact that it is considered a pioneer country in manufacturing and engineering of vehicles. The beneficiaries will be sent to the educational organization Bildungsgesellschaft and the project will have a duration of two weeks.
