The particular program deals with the education of 12 professors(Agriculturists, Food scientists, Engineers, Computer scientists, Electronics)in the operation of the labs of the fields Agriculture-Food science-Nutrition, the operation of agricultural fields and woodland with upper goal the sustainable development and the transmission of the business spirit to the E.P.A.L students through the production and the disposal of the products which are produced in the labs of the 1st Laboratory Center of Drama. The host institution is the farm school Landwirtschaftliche Fachschule Pyhra in Austria. In the farm fields of the agricultural school various labs are taking place such as for the plant production, the animal raising, the forestry, the agricultural machinery, the treatment of fruit and dietary products and woodwork labs which are used for the students practice. The host institution during our stay will organize, a presentation of the school events, conference on the legal framework covering the operation of student partnership, security insurance of the students, income’s financial management, experiential labs with the topic dietary product production, an inform about the school’s agricultural machinery, tour to the school’s woodland with simultaneous organization of experiential labs for the production of wood products from the school’s woodland. The professors of the 1st E.K Drama’s will present the labs of the Agriculture, Food science and Nutrition sector’s that operate in their school and will discuss with the host’s institution professors about the use and the social acceptance of an agricultural school in the societies of Greece and Austria respectively. During the last day a tour at spots of cultural interest in the city of Wien will take place. A field in which total lack of experience exists, is the organization of small student cooperative enterprises that sell their products and the property regime about the school agricultural areas which are cultivated from the students. The student cooperative enterprises with upper goal the profit is a totally unknown thematic subject for the Greece. Our goal is to widen our horizons about the ways of organization and operation of these structure so to transfer our knowledge back to Greek reality and to try to incorporate these structure in the new E.K –EPAL which is under construction. The new EPAL that were found with the law 4186/13 and include the speciallities of Agriculture, Food science and Nutrition lack of previous experience in subjects such as the management of rural animals, the biological and sustainable management, management of rural land, sustainable logging and finally the operation and the equipment of the respective labs. In the agricultural school Landwirtschaftliche Fachschule Pyhra operate all the labs that the law 4186/13 anticipate to operate in the Laboratory Center (E.K) We expect with our experience and knowledge to contribute to the better operation of the Agriculture-Food science and Nutrition labs of the 1st E.K Drama’s. The expected results from the program’s implementation are:-the upgrade and improvement of the knowledge of the participant professors.-The gain of knowledge and technical abilities with the aid from specialized professors of the agricultural school Landwirtschaftliche Fachschule Pyhra in topics such as the sustainable management of farmfields and woodland. -The gain of knowledge and experiencie with the aid from specialized excecutives from the agricultural school Landwirtschaftliche Fachschule Pyhra about the management of the student cooperative enterprises, the student’s insurance and the financial management of the cooperative enterprises incomes with upper goal the improvement of the youth enterpreneurship. -The acquaintance of the participants with a different system of professional education adapted to the student’s needs as far as is concern the youth enterpreneurship and the professional orientation. The participants after this experience will be able to suggest the creation of analogous structure at the national technical-professional education. -The formation of bonds of friendship and cooperation between the professors of different nations with goal the common profit. -The impact in local level, will be the finest operation of the labs: Agriculture-Food science-Nutrition and the introduction of new techniques for the better education of the students. -In national level we hope and desire that the knowledge and the technical abilities that will be acquired during our program to be evaluated from the Greek state by introducing events at the new EPAL for the improvement of the knowledge and skills of the students and will support the youth entrepreneurship.
