PROJECT
FINISHED
After the successfully executed ERASMUS+ projects in 2014 and 2015, our school intends to apply for the ERASMUS fund’s financial support again for a new mobility project in 2016. Just like in the previous years, this time also nurses and assistant students would like to attend this program (12 students with 2 accompanying teachers) and travel to Vienna, Austria. They would travel in October and the traineeship would last 3 weeks. The project’s goal is to use the Hungarian theoretical and practical knowledge in a foreign environment, to test themselves in another country of the EU and at the same time to learn the Austrian methods and be able to use these methods anywhere across Europe (or even outside of Europe). Our hosting partner will be ÖJAB-Haus Neumargareten nursing home. This partner has already hosted trainees from Hungary. Our students will communicate in German and English while they will be applying the Hungarian methods. Their foreign language skills will be improving while they will expand and deepen their knowledge in first-aid, nursing theories, nursing philosophy, nursing practice, nursing diagnostics and nursing therapy. This foreign traineeship will also help in improving better self-confidence and professional competency and learning a foreign country's nursing methods.Further goal is to satisfy the needs of the labour market since our school is the only one in our county that trains medical workers. Also our aim is to establish a professional network in Eger and for this it's inevitable to get in touch with other companies and to continually maintain these contacts.
