Eğitimde Montessori Yöntemi

Our aims are, as the 20 innovator, student-sided, open to development have a language skill and experienced pioneer teachers of Şanlıurfa Profilo Primary School, to take the advantage of Montessori Education, that use unconditional respect base on and used by many successful scientist, politician and managers from their early age of childhood, by Maria Montessori with 100 years background, instead of our curriculum that does not care about the differences and students needs. The teachers of our school will take a course at a school ,that interiorize Montessori Education ,in the city of Magdeburg/Germany ,with the philosophy of 'Help me to make it myself' and they will share/use their experience here to the students. They will gain experience of making and using Montessori Education materials, learn how to crease a suitable environment for students and designing the suitable games, with the mobility. At the end of this project, we aim to have creative minded, independent students with the feelings of being their own heroes/heroines in their life. In addition to this, it will increase the participants' cultural knowledge as a participants will take the opportunity of meeting counterparts in other cultures, sharing the experiences and experience some different practices. This will contribute the individual and career development of teachers as the philosophy of Life-Long Learning Program and affect the education and training in a positive way. The participant teachers of our school will inform their colleagues ,managers and parents and they will be an example of this education method with the conferences and other educational activities. This will also encourage the other schools to design projects for a better and contemporary education. The evaluation will be done according to pretest-post test informations. Deficiencies will be solved with the interaction and mutual exchange of opinions with the institution that we will take course in.
