Today Technology is developing and changing dizzyingly.Educators should follow these developments closely and especially they should act speedly in transfering education and teaching environment. It is quite natural to reflect the changes in knowledge-based Society strategic management attidue ve organisation management. In this context, according to technological changes and developments it is seen as crucial to observe and analyse the applications about the concept of Leader, Mission and Vision as school identity, Professional development and management of human resources. Because the Project beneficiars are the principals and assistant principals it is clear taht when the Project is applied, county, the city and in the region the quality of management will be increased and the Project will contribute to the entagretion and adaptation of Europe applications of educational management. For this reason, It is considered that the knowledge and ability that will be gained by means of on the job training and educational courses that will be carried out in Spain, Holland and Germany with 24 participants will contribute a lot to increase the quality of management in their own schools . The total number of participants are 24. For each mobility 8 beneficiars as a group are going to take part in. After the Project is submitted to National Agency, the consortium; leading Bergama İlce MEM , all the assistant branch managers and school principals will make up a Project Management team. The Project management will consist of 2 assistant principals and two school principals. The team is going to be responsible for all managing and financial issues. After signing the agreement with National Agency, there will be task sharing among the beneficiars.. And during the implementation of the Project any problem or difficulty will be coped with by the methods of monitoring . By means of this Project, the required knowledge, ability and competence about the improvements on the Educational Administratation will be gained.So the administratice staff in schools will get different methods about management and they will implement a better administrative approach. After learning about the programs and politics in Europe, the adaptation of these programs will be better. And by means of the book that made out of the Project will be hand out to all adminstrative staff in the count in each meeting, seminar or conference so that the final number of beneficiar will be increased. The concious of following the new approaches about educational administration will be occured.
