International training course "Effect 2 social society" that will be held in Vilnius/Lithuania on 31st of July - 7th of August 2011 and will unit from 12 countries, in totally 24 participants. Training course aims to promote the social rights, human rights and solidarity through volunteering and active citizenship of the youngsters by providing them opportunity to express their view. Project comes from the youth workers and youth leaders need to be equipped with a new set of tools and methods to tackle the social inclusion and combating poverty, despite integrating them into real work. It also stimulate the use of the Youth in Action programme as a tool to enhance the social inclusion, active citizenship and employability of young people with fewer opportunities and to contribute to social cohesion at large. We are also stressing the 2011 as the European Year of Volunteering, introducing the participants with this concept, in the manner that they could use, afterwards, to explain the importance and the added value of volunteering to the youngsters they are working with fewer opportunities, especially through sharing good practicies on volunteering.By preparing NGO Market TC also will involve more then 12 Lithuanian organisations which are working on volunteering issues, in this way assuring dissemination and exploitation of results to bigger amount of organizations.
