The project “Being effective in variety” is part of program Erasmus+, KA1, mobility of learners in vocational education and training with an aim –job shadowing and intercultural dialogue. The purposes of the project are connected with mastering the innovative pedagogical approaches, directed at internationalization and modernization of the mission and raising the quality of the educational process. Through realization of the project, the collaboration in the methods of education in the different cultural-educational areas will be improved, through the integral approach and application of the project method. The educational and qualificational needs of both participants and pedagogical staff at the National High School in Finance and Business will be met. Eight teachers from the National High School in Finance and Business –Sofia will take part in the project; they will be from different cultural-educational areas. Eight mobilities will be achieved (i.e. a visit of the workplace at Escola Secudaria de Estarreja , Portugal). In the process of the mobility the following essential methods will be used: observation, good pedagogical practice and experience, conferencing, studying of the school documentation and the overall organization of the educational process. The expected results of the project will be connected with increase of the knowledge of the participants for the project management and integrity in education, personal planning, team work, skills for effective communication, powerful presence in class, extracurricular and out –of- school forms of activities, enriched personal-competency profile and a new role of the teacher in the European educational area. The potential long-lasting advantages are connected with mastering of the methods of teaching in the sphere of the educational and vocational preparation of students at the National High School in Finance and Business, the project method, increase of the motivation of the high school students and students from Sofia University “St. Clement Ohridsky’’ and the University for National and World Economy ( who have their observation practice, current and state exam practice at the National High School in Finance and Business), improvement of the within-school qualification of the pedagogical staff in the applicant institution, participation in European and national pedagogical forums, publications in pedagogical editions, open classes, modernization and internationalization of the educational process through raising of its quality.
