Within the project "A bridge to the future" for the lifelong learning (LLL) of the adult education in CVO VTI Brugge we went looking for innovative learning environments and teaching methods adapted to the expectations and capabilities of the learner, in the current and future evolving society inside and outside the training centre.
During the Erasmus + exchange within the 3 themes followed by 6 staff members on different levels of the CVO VTI Brugge we went looking for possible solutions.
We especially searched for the possibilities of e-learning, workplace learning, skills-based learning and evaluation methods in cooperation with various training partners.
We had to develop future-oriented thinking and future strategies for the adult education centre CVO VTI Brugge.
In an ever-evolving living and working environment whit continuous changes and expectations is it for a training centre of strategic importance to find appropriate answers and learn to develop methodologies that are adapted to the needs of the learner within the society and working environment.
Associated is a continuous professionalization of your team within your organization to be able to implement these essential methodologies.
To manage your organization within the current context, to get keys to the expectations and make adjustments where necessary, a detailed quality management policy is the cornerstone of your organization.
In this we have the embryonic quality system compared to different possible models seen during different visits and sessions and then made a choice about the quality management system for our organization.
