The project is based on the cooperation of educational institutions on the two sides of the border focusing on the pupils aged up to 14 years. In the Serbian side the partner nursery and elementary school are important institutions of that region. In Deszk the institution serves the local Serbian community with studies provided in Serbian language.The main activities: 1.) Creation and implementation of joint educational programme of the involved institutions, 2.) Reconstruction works at the involved institutions in order to produce a better service for all (in Novi Knezevac fchanging the doors and windows to reduce heating costs, in Deszk renovation of the whole building, 3.) Procurement of didactical materials and other equipments for the better quality of education, 4.) Organizing joint education programs, teacher and pupil exchanges (20 pupils for a week repeated three times and 2 teachers for a week repeated six times on both sides of the border). Achievements: Creation and implementation of joint educational programme of the involved institutionsRenovation of educational buildings in Deszk, Novi Knezevac and Srpski KrsturProcurement of didactical materials and other equipments for the better qualitiy of education.Organizing joint education programmes, teacher and student exchanges with more than 120 children and 22 teacher/educators involved.
