The project is targeting school principals, teachers and vocational trainers, publicadministration, students and migrants through education as laboratory for integration.Project partners from DE, ES, IT, RO and UK will address the adaptability of educationand training systems in the light of cultural diversity and integration. The needs ofteachers and vocational training staff will be examined in their process of facilitatinglearning and integration within vocational training. The project will identify best practicein the area of cultural, social and economic integration of migrant students and examinethe adaptability and transferability potential of existing teaching methods in otherEuropean countries.A teacher training module will be developed, piloted and validated with the aim toacquire and share tools and methodologies towards an effective vocational guidanceand integration of migrants students and adult migrants. Dissemination andtransferability of the module within public administration and vocational traininginstitutions is envisaged.
