Here is the argument of the project "Outdoor education , a step forward" proposed by our kindergarten to rally to the European quality assurance policies by acquiring skills in teaching outdoor education , main resources to increase learning motivation . The project’s objectives aim at providing training in outdoor education for 7 teachers from Kindergarten no. 2, which will increase the interest of other teachers from our institution for these type of activities, encouraging interactive teaching in the next school years. Improving the educational offer by introducing outdoor activities in the next school years will optimize collaboration and relationship between kindergarten and family , by understanding the benefit that this kind of education will bring in the psycho-socio-emotional development of children. Target group consists of 7 teachers in the preprimary field from Kindergarten no. 2 out of 21 teachers, who are at the beginning of their teaching career and key persons from institution (working committees responsible for ensuring quality in education, trainers, methodists, responsible for teaching circle) which can actively support school management and can motivate colleagues to include in the curriculum new knowledge taught from training courses . The main project's activities are specially addressed to teachers’ staff and aimed on improving professional skills (methodology, didactic, pedagogy of outdoor education and interactive teaching). These activities will contribute to improve curriculum quality by implementing new acquisitions, will ensure the exchange of good practices among teachers and increase intercultural awareness and strengthen the European dimension for all educational actors. The implementation of the best practices and innovative pedagogical methods to create a modern teaching environment , an interactive and integrative space, will provide increased quality of education for children by conducting outdoor educational programs, ensuring the prestige of kindergarten default by the new educational approach.
