Association PROSEC is a non -profit organization that works with children and young people from families with social and economic difficulties. It manages lesiure education centers and they are an important reinforcement to the learning process as well as for personal growth . In these projects is important individualized attention and the contact of these children and youth with realities that can not be accessed, as well as the entity receives 2 European volunteers to strengthen the care that is performed and to promote the intercultural learning. The hosted young volunteers are from Greece and Turkey. The ages are between 23 and 25 with interest in social and educational work and can achieve their personal expectations and learning experience. The activities include participation in all processes of the center , planning, preparation , implementation and evaluation of activities , taking supporting roles educators . Centres are opened daily ( Monday to Friday) and weekly hours are 25 action . The expected outcomes are to improve the quality of our service centers , to promote intercultural exchange, to promote the program and fulfillment of expectations by hosted volunteers. We establish that this must be the primary impact with the spread at the entity level , local and regional experience of it . Related to the education field, the long-term benefit is guaranteed since what is intended is to equalize opportunities for these children and young people experiencing social exclusion , to any other. At the level of hosted volunteers we are convinced of the benefit EVS , especially this one , you can bring them a level of personal growth and learning.
